RIVERSIDE STUDY CENTER 330 Riverside Drive Manhattan
Now serving as a Catholic seminary & outreach center, this Landmarked 1905 Beaux Arts/French Empire style stone mansion underwent extensive restoration at the upper floors and the main and lower roof levels. Its mansard and dormer roofs were re-waterproofed and the slate shingles were removed and replaced. A considerable amount of ornamental copper was severely deteriorated, needing careful replication while also reforming the entire gutter and leader system. Brick replacement, repointing, and limestone repair were all also necessary to this comprehensive restoration.
